About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who attends a Diani Craft Social event, purchases a ticket or uses this website. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
Tickets and payment
- Tickets are purchased through Paystack and are subject to their payment terms.
- Your ticket is only confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation.
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, your ticket can be transferred to another person — contact us at dianicraftsocial@gmail.com to arrange this.
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, we will contact all ticket holders and arrange a refund or credit towards a future event.
Attending an event
- Events are open to adults and older teenagers unless otherwise stated.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss the craft instructions and we cannot guarantee supplies will be available if you arrive significantly late.
- All supplies for the craft activity are included in your ticket unless otherwise stated on the event page.
- We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged at our events.
Community conduct
Diani Craft Social is built on the idea that everyone should feel welcome and comfortable. We ask all attendees to:
- Be kind and respectful to other attendees and organisers.
- Keep the space tidy and treat the venue with care.
- Not disrupt the experience of others.
We reserve the right to ask anyone who does not respect these expectations to leave the event without a refund.
Photos and content
We may photograph or film events for use on our website and social media. By attending, you acknowledge this. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know and we will do our best to respect that.
Limitation of liability
Diani Craft Social events are casual, community-run hangouts. We take reasonable care to ensure events are safe and enjoyable, but we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage that occurs at our events beyond what is required by applicable law.
